    Time to Learn

    鶹is taking a comprehensive approach to help ensure the pandemic doesn’t have a long-lasting negative impact on student learning.

     

    The district is investing up to $100 million over the next two years in this effort that includes:
  • Pandemic Support Making strategic adjustments to give teachers more time back for planning and instruction in 2020–2021
  • Extended School Year Creating more time to learn for students at select schools.
  • Reimagined Summer Redesigning summer learning experiences to create more impact and opportunity for students
  • High-Quality Instruction Ensure there is high-quality teaching and learning across the district that responds to the unique circumstanced caused by the pandemic.
  • Resources and Support Providing targeted additional resources and support to campuses and students.
