Dallas Independent School District Police Department protects and serves more than 144,000 students, and 21,000 staff members in 241 schools and numerous administrative and service buildings. The department employs more than 200 police officers, security officers, and administrative staff.

"As an educational Police Department, the �鶹��Police force is committed to increasing student, parent, and community engagement. We will accomplish this by increasing staff wellness including professional development training. Using technology and our online social media presence we will increase our external partner relations as well.
