Welcome to Employee Relations

Our goal at HCM Employee Relations is to provide you the information you need, in one place, for better employee engagement and experience. We are here to answer your questions. The Employee Relations team within Human Capital Management collaborates with employees and supervisors to improve and maintain employer-employee relationships. Our goal is to increase productivity and morale to positively impact student achievement. Employee Relations also counsels district employees  on effective employee standards of conduct and employment practices as outlined by District policy.

Appointments: An appointment is needed to visit with an Employee Relations team member. Employees that visit without an appointment, will be asked to set an appointment for a future date.
